We collect this information directly from you – through the enquiry form, by email, or by phone. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymous, aggregated data such as pages visited and time on site. It does not identify you personally.
Why we use it

- reply to your enquiry
- talk with you about your wedding film
- prepare a quote or agreement if you decide to book
- keep in touch about your booking

We use trusted service providers to run the business – for example, email and website hosting (including Cloudflare), and Google Analytics. These providers only handle your information to provide their service to us, and are bound to keep it secure.

We store your information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss or unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it – to respond to your enquiry, or for the life of your booking and a reasonable period after, to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Accessing or correcting your information
